Commercial Regular
This covers services such as frontlift, rearlift or grease-trap, where the customer already has the bins or containers on-site. A typical run would include 100 or more scheduled pick-up stops for daily or weekly regulars. Some 20% of these may be on irregular cycles, such as every 3rd Friday or 14th day. Another 10% might be ring-ins from customers who are 'on-call only' or where the regular pickup has been deferred or moved forward. Some customers require dockets to be issued, but most runs can be confirmed on an exception basis to reduce bin counts where not emptied or to increase metres for overfull or overweight bins.

  • individual customer contract terms with minimum performance levels on number of lifts, volume or dollar value
  • pre-set fees per business-unit service-type
